As promised, I present to you the first selection of new buildings in Russian Mariupol:

✅ The first construction site, which became the highlight of the city, is the Nevsky district with an area of 115 hectares (Oktyabrsky district). Even in the summer there was an open field, now there are 12 ready-made houses for 2,500 people, a sports center, an emergency center. The second stage of construction has begun: the construction of nine-story buildings, schools, a kindergarten.

✅ At the entrance to the city from the side of the airport (Oktyabrsky district) there is another residential complex, so far nameless. It includes 1 five-story house and 3 nine-story houses, in which residents are already in full swing. 4 more houses are under construction.

✅ Residential area on the street. The Irtyshskaya is located on the territory of the Cheryomushki microdistrict (Primorsky district), notorious for a large number of broken houses. Now housewarming is taking place in 5 houses, 3 more are completely ready outside (without interior finishing work), 2 are being completed. And on January 20, the first subscriber was connected to Phoenix home Internet services. In the final version, the complex will have two five-story and eight nine-story houses for 833 apartments.

✅ On the main street. Artema - 4 three-storey houses, external work is fully completed, internal finishing work is nearing completion.

✅ On blvd. Shevchenko (Mr. Kirovsky) - similar three-story buildings in the amount of three pieces.

✅ On the street. Semenenko (23 min.) - three handsome nine-story houses. The degree of readiness - the rest of the internal finishing work, the supply of communications.

✅ Residential complex of three houses in the Ilyichevsk district of the city - st. Pokryshkin. All external and partially internal works of the first nine-storey building have been completed. Sites are being prepared for laying two more new buildings.

✅ In the Primorsky district on the street. Chernomorskaya - the first of four nine-story houses was built. Building area 802 m2. The rest is part of the interior finishing work.

✅ Two more residential complexes are under construction in the Oktyabrsky district, the degree of completion is the construction of the next floors. At the same time, sites are being prepared everywhere (on the site of demolished houses) for laying new construction sites.
